  • If your route is not downloading, we recommend checking your internet connection and trying again. For the best experience, make sure you download the route in advance using a stable WiFi connection and a good signal, rather than waiting until you arrive at the location. This helps avoid delays and ensures everything is ready to use offline during your experience.

  • All routes are self-guided, meaning you explore at your own pace using your phone. There is no in-person guide included. Each route is designed to give you full flexibility and freedom during your experience.

  • The routes are currently only available in English. This means all instructions, information, and content are provided in English throughout the experience. We are working on expanding language options in the future.

  • Yes. Since the route is self-guided, you can do it on any day and at any time that suits you once you’ve downloaded it to your phone. There is no fixed schedule, so you’re free to start the experience whenever it works best for you.

  • No, entry tickets are not included. Our routes are self-guided experiences, and any attraction tickets must be purchased separately if required. All details and exclusions are listed in the route description before booking.
